How to attach files to your messages in Yahoo groups?

I am finding some members of the yahoo group are attaching the files to their messages. The attachments are not forwarded to the destination email particularly in the " Daily Digest " mode. For instance the file attached with a recent email has the following default description is mentioned at the end of the email when it is opened by accessing the group Home page.
------------------
Attachment(not stored)
Myattachment.pdf
Type:
application/pdf
-----------------
If you wish to see that your file is accessed by Member, the best way is to not to attach, but to use the Files option [also called Files sharing ]on the left hand side index of Home page in Yahoo group [http://groups.yahoo.com/group/---------]

How to proceed:
1. Click on the Files option
2. Click Browse to select a file to upload. If you do not see the Browse button, your browser does not support file uploading.
3. Give description of your file
4. Enable [ Check mark ] to Send a message to the group announcing this file.
I have followed this method. I have first converted into pdf file My blog posted on http://suryanarayana.com/blog.html Then uploaded pdf copy of this blog on http://groups.yahoo.com/group/rotary3150 Please check Files option to open this file.
The Best Benefits:
(1) Some Internet Service Providers [ISP] prohibit to forward attachments to the emails. Though your text shows that you have attached a file it might not be received due to technical reasons. You may write in your email advising the recipient to access the file in FILES folder in the yahoo group (2) You can park your file in the group as long as you want or till the purpose is fulfilled.
(3) You can opt to send a notification to all the members about your file sharing instead of your sending a separate message.
