Sharing View Points With Union Minister

I was delighted to meet on  Saturday, the 16th April 2016 Shri Bandaru Dattatreya, Union  Minister of Labour and Employment. He was chief guest at an impressive function which was held on the sprawling lawns of Administrativ Staff College of India  organised by the Hyderabad Chapter of The Institute of Company Secretaties of India ( ICSI) comemorating to launch the promotion of the proposed "International Corporate Governance Day-ICGD".

My view points shared with Shri Bandaru Dattatreya were:

"In order to accomplish Government of India objective to make Corporate Governance beneficial to common man, a statutory recognition shall be accorded to Company Secretary professionals to conduct Audit, issue Certifications  & report to the Shareholders as well as the Government about implementation of 40+ labour laws required to be complied with by registered Companies / firms on the similar lines of Secretarial Audit".
