An honor on Senior Citizens Day- 21st August 2019

An honour that was accorded to me on 21st August 2019 during my goodwill visit to the office of CS Rajavolu Venkata Ramana who was my student Company Secretary during 1990s now a professional Company Secretary in practice with an impressive office in Hyderabad with a dozen dedicated supporting staff. I liked a poster "Perfection IS our goal & Excellence is tolerated" placed in office meeting room shows the importance given to professionalism. Venkata Ramana held the honarary position as Chairman of Hyderabad Chapter of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and presently Treasurer of Southern India Regional Council of ICSI. What I always admire Venkata Ramana is his acumen for maintaining professional standards and dignity as speaker and facilitator during professional programmes.
Thank you Venkata Ramana and your staff for your thoughtfully gifting me a souvenir, photo-mug depicting me and my grandson memorable image. It was a pleasure receiving such a wonderful honour by young minds on this occasion that coincided with World Senior Citizens Day. I reciprocated by presenting #SelfMOTIVATION111 Bookmarks on my recently released physical and digital publication.

Greetings - India 73rd Independence Day-15 August 2019

India celebrates 73 years of opportunity from British principle. On this  day, consistently, India praises its opportunity from the British  frontier rule in 1947. The notable occasion is celebrated on this day  through religious services, parades, and authority government functions.
Independence  Day is both an event to celebrate and to recall the battles of  SELF-MOTIVATED freedom fighters who battled and brought us Independence.
May this  Independence Day bring fortune and accomplishment for all of us. May our  nation see greater improvement in the coming years!

Happy Independence Day!

Self Motivated World Champions

While you battle without stopping for even a minute towards the satisfaction of your expectations, dreams and objectives, know this: "If there is no struggle there is no progress." Not every person who's on top today arrived with a great many successes. As a general rule, the individuals who history best recalls were looked with various obstructions that constrained them to work harder and demonstrate more assurance than others with their self-motivation.

Profiles, messages and advises of select Self Motivated world champions are contained in the "Self Motivation 111" Book. Here are the links to help you to obtain #SelfMotivation111 Print Book / Kindle book / eBook online, to read and review:

Tribute to my school Principal Dr KoteswarammaV 30 June 2019

My condolences to the family of Dr Koteswaramma garu upon her sad demise. Padmasree Koteswaramma garu was our beloved Montisory School (Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh State) Headmistress and teacher. She expired today (30 June 2019) at her ripe age of 95.

I was proud student of this prestigious school upto 9th class. I received best honour from my teacher Koteswaramma garu when I visited and addressed in Montisory Women' College, a Career Guidance programme in 1996 ( I was Chairman of Hyderabad Chapter of Company Secretaries ) on Career as Company Secretaryship course. I can never forget her teachings and administrative capabilities all the time to keepup best quality of education and support to her students.

During my recent visit to Vijayawada, I could not pay a visit , as her family members informed me that her health was deteriorated a lot and not able to recognize anybody.

May her soul rest in peace and Almighty gives strength to her family members to bear this loss.

Krishna Pushkaram 2016 Yatra

Krishna Pushkaram 2016 is a 12-day river festival held once in 12 years. This  is the 4th Pushkaram of Krishna river I attended ever since my childhood. The only difference is that I had divine opportunity of taking holi trip at and dip in Beechpalli Pushkar ghat, Mehaboobnagar District, Telangana State - 165 Km from Hyderabad on the Hyderabad to Bangalore National Highway) instead of conventionally going over to the hitherto centered around Vijayawada in Andhra Pradesh.

Started at 6-30am on Sunday the 14 August 2016 ( Eakadasi ) the third day of Pushkaralu, along with my wife Lakshmi, her brother Jagannadha Sastry family and their sister Ramani's family in all total 8  reached pushkara ghat after a pleasant journey in a Taxi drive of two and half hours.

We have taken a ritualistic snaan (bath) and a dip in the religious fervour filled primary bathing ghat. Hats off to Government machinery & NGOs volunteers who are keeping up best arrangements - be it cleniness or  monitoring safety or guiding devotees.

I performed Pinda Pradanam  to my parents first time during a pushakatam after their recent
demise. We also had a darshan of Lord Hanuman temple on banks of Krishna river. We all returned to Hyderabad with a feeling of spiritual retreat with pushkar darshan experiencing  a mix of scroching sun and a lashing rain that increased spiritual vibrations.

Important Tips for pilgrims:

1. To carry portable umbralla + drinking water+ carry bags to rollup & keep wet garments after bath.

2. Glucose packs must be part of things to carry and consume to help maintain energy to walk about 5 km to and fro car parking & bathing ghats.

3. Start early morning to avoid trafic hassels and less waiting at Toll gates.

5. Avoid use of soap or shampoo as Police are seen pullingup those people using such material to keep bathing area pollution free.

6. Go close to river barricade to experience fresh water flow.

7. Know more about Pushakram at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pushkaram

8. Resite following sloka before taking pushakara bath:

"pippalaada samutpanne kRtyE loka bhayaMkarI  mRttikaaMtE maayaadattaM aahaaraardhaM prakalpaya"

May the river Godess Krishnaveni shower her blessings to all pilgrims of  Krishna River Pushkarams 2016.
