I just signed the petition on Change.org entitled "Shri Sachin Pilot, Minister of State for Corporate Affairs, Government  of India: RESOLVE the technical issues in Ministry of Corporate Affairs [MCA] web-portal " .

The essence of the petition is to alert and request the Minister to direct his ministry secretariat including Registrar of Companies to quickly solve all long pending issues that accumulated due to improper function and maintenance of MCA website at http://www.mca.gov.in

Private & Public Limited Companies, Limited Liability Partnerships [LLP]  Shareholders, Directors and professionals like me [ Practising Company Secretary ], Chartered Accountants and Cost Accountants, Employees of Registrar of Companies are the affected stakeholders who have been unable to use MCAs web-portal facilities totally
